Traffic Armor maintains the most generous billing policies in the market. Any unused clicks continue carrying forward to subsequent periods, and never expire. As long as you have a balance of clicks, the product is fully usable as well. As a result, and as we offer non-tangible irrevocable goods, no refunds are issued.
As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this before purchasing any service on our website. If you do not require additional clicks, it is also your responsibility to ensure that any recurring payment profiles are cancelled prior to the next renewal from this page or the payment processor’s website.
• Account Approvals: In the interest of protecting our tests, all new accounts are subject to manual review. This process is typically completed within 24 hours of purchase. In the event that we are unable to approve your account within 7 days of purchase, or provide you with limited access to our product, a full refund may be requested.
• Non-Delivery: Due to mailing issues of your e-mail provider or mail server, you might not receive an e-mail from us. In this case, we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to us in writing within 7 days from the order placing date. Otherwise the product will be considered received.
• Major Defects: Although our product is thoroughly tested, unexpected errors may occur. Such issues must be submitted for our Technical Department’s approval. We keep the right to rectify the error or defect within 72 hours. If any deficiency is approved, and we fail to correct it within 72 hours from the date of the initial complaint letter or any other notification provided by you, a full refund may be requested without any compensations or reimbursements.
• Not-As-Described: Such issues should be reported to us within 72 hours from the date of the purchase, without any usage of clicks. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website. Complaints which are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not honored.
